Old Town Alexandria is one of the first "Historic Districts" in the country. It has one of the largest collections of Colonial era buildings anywhere - nearly all of them painstakingly restored, and still in use today.

The Virginia Shop is in one of these buildings - Fitzgerald's warehouse.  A circa 1765 structure built by a business associate of George Washington at 104 South Union Street.  The shop occupies 2 floors at the south end of the building.

Being inside a period building, gives us the opportunity to present our merchandise in old country store settings, with wonderful surprises tucked away in the nooks and crannies awaiting for your discovery.
